You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting services, to respond to our communications in a timely manner, and to grant necessary access to platforms, accounts, and assets required to deliver our services. You are responsible for the accuracy of any content, materials, or information you provide to us for use in campaigns or on your behalf.
While we are committed to delivering high-quality work and our Valenze Guarantee may apply to agreed booking milestones within a defined 90-day window, we do not guarantee specific search rankings, lead volumes, revenue, or business outcomes. Results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including market conditions, platform algorithms, and your business operations.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard engagement terms are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Fees, invoicing schedules, and accepted payment methods are detailed in your service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services. Setup or onboarding fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.
All content, methodologies, tools, and materials developed by Valenze Digital remain our intellectual property unless otherwise assigned in writing. Upon full payment, client deliverables produced specifically for you (such as landing pages or ad creative) may be licensed for your use, subject to your service agreement.
We respect the confidentiality of your business information and agree not to disclose sensitive information shared during our engagement, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver the agreed services.
